The California D.A.R.E. Officers Association convention was held in
Sacremento, California - 1999. CDOA & DARE America did an outstanding job putting on
the conference. I have taken a few photographs of the event for those who couldn't make
it. Due to file size I have only posted a thumbnail of each photograph. If you see one you
