The National D.A.R.E. Officers Association Convention was held in Salt
Lake City, Utah this year, and what an outstanding job they did too. I have tried to tell
people back home just how great it was and just seem to run out of words. They say a
picture is worth a thousand words... well here is 50,000 then.
